Angela’s Wedding Approach

Our approach is simple, we listen to you and create a affair based on your wants and needs.  Far beyond the traditional details, tailoring your wedding to you starts from the moment we first sit with you, discuss your vision, and what it will take to create it.  When you hire Event Studio Pro’s party planning division, your not just hiring a wedding planner, you are hiring a team of professional event designers and coordinators whose job is to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.  We will be there to solve any issue or problems that may arise during your event.

Packages

Full Service Package: Our most popular package, starts by helping you select and secure your venue.  From there we guide you through the entire planning and design process, handling all details from beginning to end.  When the final day arrives, we will be there from beginning to end, coordinating vendors and guests throughout the event.

Design Packages:  No matter where you are in the planning process, defining the look of your wedding is a key step to creating the wedding you envision.  Furniture, lighting, floral arrangements, table settings and all the other elements that go into event design need to be coordinated and styled.  Working closely with your designers, you will be able to see your event come to life.  See our “Decor” tab for more design information.

Month of Packages:  Angela’s month of packages are equivalent to many other planners “day-of” packages.  Experience has taught us it takes more than a few phone calls to plan a wedding.  We need to be intimately acquainted with each vendor, their contracts, timeliness and needs.  It is imperative we speak with all parties involved with the event, going over every detail, to ensure success on the day of.  Most importantly, we have to get to know you.  Every bride has a different vision for their wedding, and only by understanding yours can we assure the final event is everything you expected it to be and more.
